Station Page

We are happy to offer your station unlimited broadcast rights to the landmark, Oyate Ta Olowan--The Songs of the People at no charge.  Online stations are also welcomed to air the series.

The series is designed to air once a week over a year with each program lasting 30 minutes long.  If the half-hour format is problematic to your schedule, consider airing the series in an hour-long slot with two shows back-to-back for half a year.  We think your listeners will enjoy this beautiful glimpse into Indian Country.

Broadcast permission is granted with only a few conditions.

  • 1.  An individual show cannot be cut or edited without our permission.
  • If you wish to change the order in which the shows are aired (for instance, air by region) there is no problem with that.
  • 2.  We would like to know where and when it is scheduled to air and something about your listening audience.
  • 3.  We request that programs not be archived on your webpage for later play.  We offer affordable downloads of each program and hope that you will add a link on your webpage to make these available to your listeners.
  • 4.  We invite you to share any comments from listeners and also to let us know if there are any issues with any single download so that we can correct them.

If you are in agreement to the above conditions, simply fill in the contact form below, and we'll send you a link to the private stations page.  If you have any questions, call Milt at 1 605 381 4842.
